Welcome to DEN Client. By downloading, accessing, or using our client, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DEN Client software or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Software Usage & Restrictions

DEN Client provides a modified Minecraft experience focused on performance and PvP mechanics. You agree that you will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the client.
Inject unauthorized mods, cheats, or modifications intended to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer servers.
Distribute modified versions of the DEN Client.

3. Virtual Goods & Store

Any cosmetics or virtual items purchased via the DEN Client store are digital goods. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the digital good has been credited to your account, barring exceptional technical failures at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimers

DEN Client is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free usage. DEN Client is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DEN Client services (including access to purchased cosmetics) if you are found violating these terms, participating in chargeback fraud, or maliciously attacking our infrastructure.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
